Requesting a Refund or Exchange

Once your order has been delivered, you should receive an email that contains all the information you need to initiate a replacement or refund. Follow the Leave a Review link in the email to find details about your order and to report a problem. Note: Please take photos of the print or damage issue as you will be asked for this information.

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Unfortunately, we can not offer a return or refund for items ordered in the wrong size or color, or because you changed your mind.

Cancelations

If you want to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Once the order has gone into production, the order can not be canceled.
